Special Counsel

Nacha Srinakarin is a lawyer and social worker with over a decade of experience in legal operations in international humanitarian settings. She has conducted research for the International Rescue Committee to develop resettlement guidance during the Syrian Refugee Crisis and managed pro bono asylum referral services for Human Rights First. She has worked at a variety of non-profit organizations in the fields of behavioral health, children's rights advocacy, and financial literacy education.

Nacha gained extensive experience as a law clerk for a boutique immigration firm based in New York City and currently as a Special Counsel for DGL. Her immigration law experience includes employment based (EB) applications, asylum, J-1 waivers, and Department of Labor (DOL) filings. She enjoys working with clients and is dedicated to ensuring they have a positive experience with the American immigration system.

Nacha has a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies, cum laude, from the University of Washington; M.S. in Social Work from Columbia University; J.D. from George Washington University; and legal certification in culture law from Georgetown University.
